Transition Lunch and Learn is held on the second Thursday of the month, facilitated by Diane Monnig, Director of Programs. These sessions are not recorded. Planning to transition from school to adult services can be overwhelming. Once your child exits the school system, adult services are based on eligibility criteria and funding availability.
